Your estimate and assessment request
Creating or saving an estimate stores your selected home answers, equipment, optional upgrades, budget range and reference number so Wyatt can review the plan. An estimate-completion notification is sent through Slack. You may use the calculator without sharing contact details. If you request follow-up or book, your supplied details and estimate are linked to a categorized Pipedrive lead, notes and follow-up tasks. Anonymous estimates are not treated as identified people.
The contact details, home address, needs and time preferences you submit are used to respond to your request, check service coverage and arrange your assessment. Requests are stored in Pipedrive and sent to Wyatt through Slack for follow-up. A live available time can be reserved; Wyatt reviews service coverage and confirms visit details. Request-only times are clearly labeled.
Form progress stays in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. Completing a request does not subscribe you to marketing messages. The separate Comfort Updates form records the email or text choices you select.
Optional website measurement
With your analytics permission, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, section views, clicks, form steps and successfully saved requests. Vercel Speed Insights measures loading performance. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and recordings of page interactions so we can improve the website. Form entries and personal contact summaries are masked in recordings. We do not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses or message contents as analytics events.
With your advertising permission, Meta Pixel measures page visits, estimate progress and successfully saved requests, and supports relevant Facebook and Instagram retargeting, and Meta Conversions API can send the saved request from our server to help evaluate Facebook and Instagram advertising. For server matching, your email address and phone number are normalized and hashed before being sent to Meta, alongside available Meta ad-cookie identifiers, IP address and browser information. Hashing is not anonymization: Meta may match those values to an account. We do not send your street address, assessment answers, message contents or preferred visit time in these conversion events. A shared event identifier helps Meta count a browser and server report of the same request once. A click on a text or call button records interest, not a received message, phone conversation or confirmed appointment.
Campaign tags from links and QR codes may be saved with an assessment request to show where that inquiry came from. We do not put your form entries in page URLs.
Manage your choices
Optional measurement tools load only after the relevant choice is enabled. Necessary-only mode keeps the request form working. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it using Privacy settings at the bottom of any page. Turning measurement off refreshes this page to stop loaded tracking tools; saved form progress is retained.
Global Privacy Control, when enabled in your browser, keeps advertising measurement off. Different devices and browsers have separate settings. Changing a choice affects future collection and does not automatically erase previously collected data.
Google address suggestions are an optional convenience within the request form. Manual address entry is available. Hosting providers process technical requests needed to serve the site.
